A note to our loyal customers and friends.
The current transit times from Georgia are delayed due to fuel and labor shortages. Orders will deliver within 5-7 business days from the date of shipping. We do anticipate these delays to be temporary and are committed to improving service as these shortages are resolved. Thank you for your patience and understanding as we navigate these industry disruptions.

Track Your Order
Enter the BOL or PO number below and select submit.
Can I track with my reference or order number?
The best way to track your order is by using the Bill of Lading "BOL" number. The manufacturer creates the BOL once an order has shipped. They do not provide the trucking company the reference number or order number for each order, so it is not a valid method for tracking the shipment. For your convenience, we also offer shipment tracking using the customer Purchase Order (PO) number but for the most accurate tracking information, we recommend using the BOL number.
I only have a reference number, how do I obtain a BOL number?
The manufacturer creates the BOL once the order has left their facility. You can call the manufacturer or visit their website and provide them with the reference number and they will be able to give you the BOL number to use for shipment tracking.
What does order status "In transit" mean?
When you track your order and the order status says "In transit" this means the order has been picked up from the mill and is in transit to our Stevensville, Maryland terminal. The order status will change from "in transit" to "out for delivery" the day the order is dispatched to deliver to the consignee.
I traced the shipment using my PO number and multiple orders were listed.
This occurs when there were multiple orders placed using the same PO number or if the manufacturer partially ships an order instead of shipping it completely. The tracking system will show every shipment that has the PO number you are tracing. We recommend calling the manufacturer to get the BOL number to use for tracing. The BOL number is the best way to track orders that have multiple shipments using the same PO number.
What if I enter the BOL number and no information is available?
Communication is a core value at CCL. That is why we offer multiple ways for you to receive real-time updates on the status of your orders.
When you sign up to receive a notification when an order is picked up, we will send you an email with an attachment of the mill's BOL. This way, you know when an order was shipped and all of the shipment details. If you sign up to receive a notification when an order is out for delivery, we will send you an email the morning an order is scheduled to arrive.
Just another way to stay informed when working with CCL.
